​If you book at one property and another becomes available at a later date, you ARE NOT permitted to move and will still be responsible for your original room(s).

No specific hotel is guaranteed so become available again

(Westgate is fully booked and WILL NOT be reopening).

Your team(s) MUST be registered for the event to request housing.

This event is has a MANDATORY Support the Sport - Stay and Play policy.
Teams are REQUIRED to book through KC Sports Housing in order to compete in the tournament. 
(Reservations booked outside of KC Sports are non-transferable and will not count towards the Stay and Play)
*Please note that NON-GAMING properties have a very limited amount of rooms and cannot accommodate large blocks.
