All rooms are now on a first come, first served basis.

Pricing is now at prevailing rates and based on availability - subject to change at any time. 

 

Please follow the instructions for each hotel to book a room. If you select the dates and it says "No Rooms Found" or "Sold Out" then the hotel has sold out - please select another property.

Non-compliant teams are now fully responsible for tracking their individual reservations!

Please have parents forward their confirmation to the travel coordinator.  

Once you have reach compliancy, please email us a spreadsheet containing the following information:

Hotel Name

Reservation Confirmation Number

Name on Reservation

This event has a MANDATORY Support the Sport - Stay and Play policy.
Teams are REQUIRED to book through KC Sports Housing in order to compete in the tournament.

 (If you are already booked at one property, you are NOT permitted to move to another property within our blocks.

You will still be responsible for the original reservation.)​
